[RC-Counseling Center joint program] “Planning for Mental Health Management” Lecture

Education on self-diagnosis and countermeasures to proactively deal with depression, anxiety and other major mental health related topics

School, people, places... For every freshmen feeling left out. We will tell teach you how to take care of your mental health.
RC  will hold a special lecture on establishing a mental health plan in connection with  the Psychological Counseling Center for the first semester of 2023.
